Slovakia: test results keep their international recognition
The good laboratory practice working group at the OECD approved the national monitoring programme report in April 2026.
- The review covers the national oversight of good laboratory practice — how the state supervises the quality of studies used for substance registration.
- Approving the report means results from Slovak test facilities remain recognised by the other countries in the system.
- For a laboratory working for the chemical industry this is a ticket to markets: a study done once does not have to be repeated in the next country.
