PKN: list of harmonised Polish Standards as at 30 June 2026
The notice of the President of the Polish Committee for Standardization (PKN) of 15 July 2026 appeared in Monitor Polski on 17 September 2026. Its 21 annexes list the Polish Standards that adopt harmonised European standards under 21 directives — from electromagnetic compatibility and radio equipment to measuring instruments and toys.
- The lists cover Polish Standards published by 30 June 2026, including those for the directives on electromagnetic compatibility (2014/30/EU), electrical equipment (2014/35/EU), radio equipment (2014/53/EU), restriction of hazardous substances in electrical equipment (2011/65/EU), non-automatic weighing instruments (2014/31/EU) and measuring instruments (2014/32/EU).
- For each standard the list gives the EN it adopts, the date from which presumption of conformity starts, the Official Journal reference and — where applicable — the date the reference was withdrawn, i.e. the end of presumption of conformity.
- Footnotes recall the change of legal basis: the Packaging Directive 94/62/EC ceased to have effect from 12 August 2026 (with exceptions), the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC ceases to have effect on 20 January 2027 and the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC from 1 August 2030; they are replaced by Regulations (EU) 2025/40, 2023/1230 and 2025/2509.
- For laboratories testing products for conformity assessment the list is a reference point when choosing a standard’s edition; the previous list (notice of 19 January 2026) appeared in Monitor Polski on 18 March 2026 (item 297).
